Come in! I have got dog themed sweets! I have about 20 different old fashioned lollipops with different dog and cat breeds on in edible ink, and I also have Gimballs scottie shaped liquorices.

Hi Thank you Pauline for your kind words of support. As a dog shop I may be stocking a little bit of food for dogs, but essentially I just don't have room to store big bags of food, and lots of different brands. And then cat food.. As a stop gap I may have one brand of kibble for dogs for when they run out art home and need a stop gap

Thank you Cedges. I will take that on board and maybe do it when I am brave enough. I only came on here to defend myself and my shop as I didn't want people to think that I did anything other than buy a shop that was for sale. I think people would have been just as angry if I had opened a shop selling sweets so I can't win really

Hi Rahrahrah The Dogfather ? lol. (yum) I am just starting out and have a lot of vintage dog stuff at the mo, but the plan is to have my own range of collars and leads, coats and beds etc. I am getting a whole load of collars and leads in on thursday. I need to build up stock slowly - it's expensive!!! In homage to the sweet shop I do have a range of dog themed lollipops in lovely flavours like salted caramel (for humans not dogs) And I have sheepskins that are especially to be used as dog blankets. I will also be having 'dog of the week' so please send me in pics of your dogs. Can I say my email?

hi Dulwich fox, that is my website. My website at the moment only caters for my antiques, I got a bit obsessed with collecting them! I will put a few antiques in the shop as they are very attractive, but I will be selling a lot of new products too that you can see on Facebook. I have designed my own range of cards and mugs and rolling pins etc...

Hi, just to set the record straight?. I bought the shop some time ago, and will now soon be opening a shop of my own. I am a small independent. Infact it is my first shop. I loved the sweet shop myself, it was wonderful. I bought many sweets there myself. But my passion is dogs. It will not be a dog grooming parlour, but it will be a dog shop. A shop for dog lovers like myself. I have spent a great deal of my time collecting dog related antiques. A graduate from St. Martins College of Art, I worked in the fashion industry for many years. Please come and see what I have to offer without being too judgemental. At least I am not an Estate agent or a hairdressers?.
