Have a package for Trish Cowley. Delivered to the wrong address. Let me know if this is you. Thanks.

The morning drop off has been staggered and the kids are allowed to head straight to their class rooms so the mornings are much less busy which may be why they've gone for afternoon only. In the afternoon despite a staggered pick up it really is very busy and with people trying to socially distance it was becoming dangerous as cars/vans sped down that bit of the road.

Women?s health physio or similar in ED?!
nixlo replied to DDK91's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I used Emma at https://www.ehphysio.co.uk for a very similar problem. She used to work out of Lordship Lane but I think is now on Upland Road. She was great and sorted my pain really quicklu Hope it gets sorted soon. -

We woke up to an open front door on New Years Day which was a nice start to 2020. It looks like they just snatched a few things and ran as they didn't get very far into the house. They took two coats, a work bag, an iPad and a pink and beige wicker basket with all the kids hats/gloves/scarves in. Randomly they have chucked my work bag and coats into front gardens on Upland and Friern (between Underhill and the park) and thanks to kind people (Keira!!) we have them back. Would really appreciate it if people in this area could have a look in their from gardens for the wicket basket or any gloves/hats/scarves. I know its not much but just annoying to replace! I'm not holding out hope for the iPad. Thanks all!

Lovely to see all the new starters yesterday! Hope the reception years are excited about tomorrow. We had a pair of sunglasses with a wooden frame handed in at the end. Let me know if they are yours!

Do you have a child starting in Reception or Nursery at Goodrich this September? If so, then come along to the Goodrich Welcome Picnic on Sunday 1st September. It will be in the dog free zone of Peckham Rye park between 12-2. Bring a picnic and come and say Hello!

We've been taking our two (coming up to 5 and 3) to Dr Bunmi Aboada at the East Dulwich Dental centre. The facilities are pretty cramped but she is so good with the kids and now has them both hopping up into the seat and opening their mouths with no problems that I wouldn't switch! Good luck.....

The triangle in Crystal Palace is pretty good. They run three hour sessions and have a soft play in the middle and then some crafts and other toys as well as an outdoor playground and a small place to eat lunch. We used to go a lot in the toddling stage.

Did anyone find a pair of tortoiseshell glasses (reading not sunglasses) around the dog free zone in Peckham Rye Park this morning? My husband thinks they have fallen out of the top of our buggy and he is virtually blind without them (currently having to wear his prescription sunglasses indoors!) Thanks, Nicola

Does anyone know The Cowley family? A postcard for them has come through our door on upland road and would like to pass it on. Found them. Thanks forum.

Hi, Sorry to hijack your thread but as a mum of two I am looking for a running partner to run with in the evenings (post bath/bed) so about 7. I'm a bit chicken about running by myself in the dark but have signed up for a half marathon in March so need to get running. I run Park Run regularly in about 30 mins so am not particularly quick. Let me know if anyone fancies this. N x

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
nixlo replied to Jules-and-Boo's topic in The Family Room Discussion
We got tickets in the same release at the beginning of August and ours are for October 2017! They do release 40 tickets every Friday at 1pm for performances the following week - you never know you might get lucky! Good luck! -
Recent experience of Kings or St Thomas Maternity Services
nixlo replied to EDAus's topic in The Family Room Discussion
I've had a baby in both as we moved house inbetween and to be honest I think it is pretty variable depending on the staffing levels and which midwife you get on the day. Personally I would go with whichever is closest! Also - if she lives in SE london it is worth seeing if she can get on the books for one of the caseload midwife teams as they're brilliant. -
Can anyone recommend a cheap hypnobirthing class in the area?
nixlo replied to rosie_ju's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Hi, I used hypobirthing for my second baby and found it useful in the earlier stages of labour. I wasn't sure i wanted to do a class (and found they were quite expensive) so just bought a secondhand hypnobirthing CD (Maggie Howell) from the forum and used that so that might be another option. N x -

Advice on dealing with lower back pain during pregnancy
nixlo replied to suzplum's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Hi, I posted on a very similar subject a couple of months ago (and got some good recommendations if you search for it). My back is so much better after seeing Emma at ehphysio.com (on lordship lane) for two rather bruising massage and stretching sessions as well as doing some pregnancy Pilates with jelly bellies. I can actually walk again which is a relief with a two year old. Good luck N
