    Here we go again - another outage. I cannot believe that this service is acceptable in this day and age. 1 week more of this....then move to Sky.

    Hi all Just had a text to say low pressure or no water in my area (on Wood Vale). It was fine before I left to work, but is anyone experiencing any problems? Thanks

    They have already infused the whole area, but when they shut off the valve pressure may drop. There will be houses on the junction of over hill and under hill where the leak is that will have no water. As it will drop pressure to 900 houses, they may do it in the early hours of the morning to minimise disruption. Also, there is a car on where the leak is haha......

    So apparently, they are doing work after 5 due to employee working hours (so cannot do it now). They are hoping to do an infusion to bring in water from another part of the network, but cannot guarantee.

    Came back to normal water in Wood Vale now

    Spoke to the guys on site. Wood Vale leak fixed but major leak on Underhill now. They are off to fix that and said we should have water tonight.

    The engineer said its fixed, but still no water here. How is everyone else getting on?
