I had a bit of a rant this afternoon and may have used some rude words loudly......... my neighbour let their bath overflow..causing a flood in my flat. Not happy. I now have no lights until an electrician can come in and I live in a basement flat with now wet carpet and books....I apologise for my swearing .......(sorry kids)

They are my landlord-it seems that repairs rely on one of the decent staff picking up the phone. Keep calling, eventually you get someone who knows their job! Good luck.
