The litter is crap. But dealing with dog shit and dog owners when you have young children is unbelievable -
Thanks they sound like silly question but we have a school in our road and the teachers get there long before the commuters also have a parade of shops at the end and many of the cars belong to the owners of the businesses .so none of them will be able to buy a permit?
