He's still out there, in fact I just saw two, off to watch the footy at The Bird in Hand, a full on Geezer Boozer in Dartmouth Road Shaved head, stocky built, wearing shorts along with an all year round tan, fading tat's and Reebok Classics I somehow feel reassured when I see a proppa Geezer (not to be mistaken for a 'bloke' or a 'fella') ,it's like somethings don't change and I like that. No matter how many Hipsters, Flip Flops, Fops or new Dads move in to populate the local areas, there's still room for the resolute Geezer Sydenham retains its full quota I'm pleased to say "Go on my Son" "Alright geezer" "Geezer"

Box Park Shoreditch test my limits of 'the retail experience' Peckham ? On the upside I could get home quicker, so that's a good thing then, isn't it ?

Asbestos in property - anyone been through this / advice ?
Seabag replied to KidKruger's topic in The Lounge
The building I'm in at the mo is going through the process. You'd be amazed what has asbestos in it. Tiles, floor tiles, toilet cistern and other stuff. It's a fairly straight forward process, but it needs dealing with correctly Happy to give you the company's details later today -
Very good, specially like the WUKIP bit

The allotments up by the golf course sell scaffold boards. One Gun Hill I think the place is called A note of caution when setting an BGE into a table, is to rest the base on something non-flamable. I set fire to the wood mine was sitting on a couple of weeks back Also, I don't know what size you've got, but strip out all the internal liner and fire box before attempting to lift it into place. If its a medium, large or XL, i'd remove the top dome section completely, then reposition and assemble once in place Great bit of kit though

Indeed. I'd stand in a gloomy lit space and watch that for an hour or so I'd even buy the DVD after -
The poor bollard on the corner of Adys Road and Nutbrook Street

I love that junction, not as a driver though, it's a tight one which I avoid But as an ongoing 'art installation' it keeps on giving. I regularly make a detour to check out the progress of the piece. So when it morphed from pillar to bell,I was keen to see how this would 'interact' with its audience. I'm glad to hear it's delivering in a new and memorable way Long live the Pillar/Bollard Installation -
This maybe a sub genre of hipster-ism But it's happening at Tobacco dock today Biker/tattoos/streetfood/custom/chops/bikes/beards and much more, all under one roof http://thebikeshed.cc/2014/03/19/bsmc-iii-2014/

Can you recommend a good local cafe with wifi to do some work?
Seabag replied to MrsPR's topic in The Lounge
If you've got an i-phone you can create your own personal hotspot/wifi Then chose to sit anywhere you fancy -

Although on the > latter I preferred it that way. FYI There's a Quince tree on Tell Grove or Matham Grove It's been there since the 'old days'. The tree overhangs the pavement, so they're free at the right time of the year -
Do make sure you buy a blight resistant variety. I grew a whole bed of tomatoes a couple of years ago, oh they were just super duper near ready to pick. Then within 2-3 days BLIGHT STRUCK. Black mould crept all over my fruits, killing them dead and rotten

I have a workspace in Brockley and to be honest I wasn't initially thrilled about being there But, it's been really pleasant. Yes the shops are a little odd, weird/dull. However, there's a good comunity of people there and housing stock is good I'd move there now especially as its changing for the better Browns of Brockley Brockley Market The Gantry The little Yellow Caribbean place Good transport The Chinese take away/eat in restaurant is run by a sweet couple It's near to Deptford, which i've been exploring too. It's rough and ready in places but still interesting

It's a great market for products like yours, think ED on high strength hormones and a wealthier/brasher splash of cash Please, pretty please, silver plated and engraved please, don't open in ED

But you can go up OKR to Mc D's and turn right there. Proceed as above Never the BWT

Didn't mention 'good looking' but 'good shape' can be pleasing Be honest, what's attractive about a hulking great bacon joint of a foot, squashing a Flip Flop to near invisibility under its mass That said; i'm getting hungrier after writing the word 'bacon' Weird eh !
