Hi Everyone, I want to make an recommendation for a builder who worked on refurbishing my flat, his name is frank and his building company is called balfour builders.They moved my combination boiler, knocked down walls, installed a new kitchen, marble worktop and replanted the walls. Frank worked long hours and completed the work well within schedule. He was 50% cheaper than some quotes I received. His number is 07957 172168 Thanks

I have now been with BT Broadband infinity fibre connection for over 8 months i have noticed my broadband speed is very very low. I have run several tests on my broadband and my speed is 4mb download, i can see from the BT exchange it is 17mb but from my router to my tablet i get 4mb, i have contacted BT who informed me to make a change on the router but it has still made no difference to the speed whatsoever. Too top it all i then get a warning message from BT informing me i have reached my 40gb permitted Broadband allowance and they will charge me for going over it. Is anyone else in the area experiencing these problems in the area.

Hi Otta, I informed the bank who put me through to the Bank fraud squad, i think the bank may well inform the police but in not sure they will, rather annoyingly the person is almost surely on camera as he used the card in the shop. Ian

Hi EDF, I posted on this forum recently about not using the the ATM at Teacos(wrong location thou) East Dulwich road. To give you an update. They stole ?500 from the ATM Retrieved the card from the ATM and went on a shopping spree at currys on the Old Kent Road spending ?350 The bank have reimbursed all my money Not once have i been contacted by the fraud squad or police with reference to the fraud. Please when using using a ATM cover the keypad with your purse or wallet or even better a newspaper, and watch out for people behind you. As i stated the money is reimbursed within 24 hours but the inconvenience is a problem if you need money there and then. thanks Ian

Yes but they tell me it is nothing to do with them i have to contact the Bank, and that is what i have done.

Went to use the ATM at Tesco's on Crystal Palace road today at 16:00hrs. The ATM swallowed my card, I have since contacted Nat West to cancel the card, who have exxplained to me the card has been used fraudently at Currys and ?500 withdrawn from the ATM.
