  1. I would definitely recommend David as a personal trainer. I've been training with him for the past few months in Peckham Rye park (really convenient for me)and i've already seen great results. He is also very inspirational when it comes to training and nutrition. I have lost weight, I have a lot more upper body strength and can do a lot more push ups- his focus on technique really helps. He makes the sessions fun and varied and knows how and when to push you, as well as giving positive feedback and tips on a healthy lifestyle. He's also a very friendly warm person and great to chat to.
