Hi, I wonder if you could help. We have a kitchen side return completed by the previous owners. Also, our neighbors have extended into the garden, building a party wall we can share. We want to build an extension (going out 3 meters approximately into the back garden), but are not sure how much it would cost. One builder quoted me 30-50k, but my husband thinks it can easily run over 100k. Where do we get advise on approximate cost before we commission any architectural plans? We do not want to be quoted a much lower price initially and then overspending. Thank you for your help!
