I just want to shout out to Andy who is great to work with. He's done multiple jobs - big and small - for me over the years. He's reliable, easy to contact, and gets the job done. I have used Andy for around 10 years now. He is easy to contact, friendly, and knows how to get a good deal on things. I live in New Zealand and rent out my house in Nunhead. While I have been away he'd installed a completely new kitchen. He took my vague brief, sourced all the fittings, got experts in for plumbing and gas, and did a great job. When I visited earlier this year it looked awesome. I had a few additional requests to finish off the build and he's been quick to respond. I just wanted to give a shout out to Andy and Richard - I live in New Zealand and am not using a property manager so anything that goes wrong in my house needs to be sorted quickly, efficiently, and by someone I can trust. I's like to throw in my recommendation for Andy and Richard. They gave me a really reasonable quote when I had an insurance job after a leak in the bathroom ruined my downstairs ceiling. They did a great job redoing my bathroom - everything from the plumbing to the tiling.
