  1. St Clement with St Peter's church on Friern Road are still taking food bank donations. The attached photo shows the latest generous collection from the community.   4. St Clement with St Peter?s church hall is available to hire for children?s parties (for ages 7 and under) every Saturday afternoon, 2-5pm. Hirers are not required to be religious! It?s a large, light space with plenty of room for running around (or even a small/medium bouncy castle) and it has it?s own kitchen plus tables and chairs. There?s also parking available.   5. You would be very welcome to give St Clements with St Peters a try! We have a traditional service every Sunday at 10am and are a small friendly congregation, always happy to see new faces of any age. Christmas services include a very popular Nativity service for children at 4pm on Christmas Eve which is a really lovely community event.   7. St Clement with St Peter's church have Children's Church tomorrow (Good Friday) at 10am. The theme is 'In the footsteps of Jesus' and there will be a mix of worship, art and craft and a hunt for materials to build the Easter Garden, followed by a hot cross bun. All are welcome!   13. St Clement with St Peter?s Carols by Candlelight service is this Sunday 15th December at 5pm. All are welcome to come and sing their festive favourites at this friendly event that marks the start of the Christmas season. Please stay for a glass of mulled wine or juice afterwards. We also have a Crib Service at 4pm on Christmas Eve which is very popular with local families. Children are welcome to come dressed up as a star, a sheep or an angel and join in our re-enactment of the of the nativity. http://stclementwithstpeter.btck.co.uk/
