Hi Everyone, An additional lessee needs to be added to our lease (leasehold flat with 95 years to run). From what I have read on the Government website this is a matter of asking the landlord first. The solicitor who dealt with the original lease purchase is quoting ?500 + VAT + costs of about 4 documents. Has anyone direct experience of this, using a solicitor seems unnecessary and exhorbitant? Thanks in advance
