This could be a coincidence but last night the door was open to 81EDG. My boyfriend went to investigate and there were a couple of contractors setting an alarm. Not sure if that is progress or not?!

Thanks GinaG3. We walk past it every day and it is pretty disgraceful for a property to be left in that state for so long. We have just checked land registry and looks like leasehold is held by Amicus Horizon housing association.

Has anyone complained about or looked into the situation with 81 east dulwich grove? It has been boarded up for over 6 months and the accumulated rubbish etc in the front of the property is pretty grim. Thanks
