Incidentally, I was in Somerfield today and they have just started stocking delicious sushi for just ?1.99. I bought some. Lovely stuff.

Might Be opening a New Bar/Cafe in E.Dulwich

Hm. -
"I notice some of the new (Somerfield) staff do look very dodgy indeed and wouldn't be surprised if they aren't behind this happening." Shu.Kurimu.Sensei, so you have come to the conclusion that some of the new staff at Somerfield 'look dodgy' and may therefore be behind card cloning? What an impertinent thing for you to say. I know you dislike impertinence when it is directed at you or your wife. My neighbour's daughter has just started work at Somerfield prior to starting University, I wonder if she is one of the 'dodgy' looking people you had in mind?

Parking ticket at the bottom of East Dulwich Road
NatashaD replied to jaybee82's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Really sorry to hear you got clobbered. I have little sympathy when people flout the rules, but it sounds as if it was unclear where you were. I have got 2 parking fines recently in the area, and I thoroughly deserved them as I was just too frazzled and busy to read the signs properly. I was very upset, but had only myself to blame. I know where you got 'done' and think you might have a case. As 'Flong' says, the markings are really faded. -

That's OK 'duckie'. 'Natasha'.

Made the point in my last posting. Move on.

Don't call me, 'my love'. The bar I mentioned was the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, and the picture is taken from that particular venue. It was in response to the point that I was unfairly stereotyping the punters at the RVT. I did not mock up that website. What a suspicious mind you have. Any google search will bring it up. "Natasha"

Somewhere like a small Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff would be good. There's nothing like that round here. Obviously I don't know how big or small you intend to be. On a smaller scale, the Troubadour in Earls Court is a brill place. Something like that here please! http://www.troubadour.co.uk/ Please ensure the place has 'character', and possibly encourage a bohemian vibe, which nowhere round here currently has. I think it is really good that you came on here asking what people want. Shame a few other places didn't do that....er, Davina? -
Classes for pre-school kids - value for money?
NatashaD replied to MrsP's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I honestly think that pre-schoolers have more fun doing stuff with their parents, as opposed to attending these kinds of groups. Not only are these groups expensive, and annoying because you have to sign up for a course - I'd say kids would be happier spending 45 minutes banging a wooden spoon on a big, empty, metal coffee jar. At home. In signing up to these courses, you are not enabling your children to get used to being 'bored'. sorry but life just aint exciting all the time. Kids need to learn to use their imaginations more, and they can quite easliy do that in the park or on the kitchen floor. -
I apologise for stereotyping the guys who go to the Royal Vauxall Tavern. I was obviously so wrong that they have cropped hair and tight t-shirts. Not to mention the ubiquitous neat moustache merging into a neat, cropped beard. http://www.timjonesmusic.co.uk/images/boyzfeb06.jpg

They're not always 'delightful' to women. Far from it. I work with a gay guy who is a nasty piece of work towards women.

Pathetic old racist fart on Frogley road (Lounged)
NatashaD replied to Shu.Kurimu.Sensei's topic in The Lounge
BJL. fair enough. It all depends on your definition of racism - which was the point.
