recommendation wanted for counsellor for teenager
mickeymonkey replied to Greengage's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Hi Greengage, Sorry to hear of these difficulties with your young person. I have PMd you. -
First time! Fabulous! So hard to know whether to switch to IVF or not, even with no fertility issues. It is all such a gamble!

I love dark humour but too soon toto Good that nobody was hurt. Nevertheless a fire is terrifying for anyone present. Plus the fact that a fire (even a small one) can easily ruin a small business and certainly causes much stress/ distress Best wishes to everyone involved toto Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > I have asked them several times for hotter dishes > but they didn't have to go this far

Ok weird......so I finally got around to trying your suggestions. Plugged laptop on as it had run out of battery, turned it on and, so far, keys are working just fine! Perhaps it really-booted itself? Now I?m wondering if there is a way of safeguarding it happening again. A message is currently popping up saying it needs to re-start.....but I?m afraid to! It?s a HP laptop btw. Thanks all for help and offers of help via PM too!

Helpful suggestions folk.....thanks, I shall try these things :-)
-
Now you come to mention it JohnL, I hadn't used the laptop for a while and so when I turned it on, it did run a bunch of updates..........and I'm pretty sure the keyboard was working prior to the updates. I have done the turning it off and on trick a few times but it hasn't resolved. "Is there an option to downgrade drivers in device manager?" This sentence sounds well helpful.....but I don't understand it sorry! Can you be a bit more basic for me please? Thanks for your assistance :-)

This is the second time I've turned to the EDF for laptop issues advice.....clearly I don't have much luck with them....or are laptops just temperamental?! My laptop is working but the keyboard isn't. So it turns on, and the keyboard "mouse" works and the touch screen works....everything works except the keys. Any tips? Or anyone locally who could fix this for me?

I wasn't fast enough and the fish got away! I am throwing out another net and keen to reel in any other offers!

These screenings look fab but I was wondering what people's experience of them are from last year? Especially interested in the premium dinghys for two! And finally, if anyone has spare tickets to the Jaws showing (premium tickets or otherwise) on Thurs 16th July (or the Sept showing), or has any knowledge about how I could score a couple then I would love to take them off your hands!

Really sorry anniebody, you must feel frantic I am sure that you and the police have thought of all of these things already but just in case...... Is Nigel already a Maudsley patient? If not then at 10.30pm he would have needed to be assessed by a duty clinician from the local CMHT. In order for this to happen he may well have been advised to present over the road at Kings A&E. It can often take a number of hours for the duty clinician to be free to assess, particularly if he arrived at night time. He may not be assessed until the following day. You may want to contact local A&E departments and CMHTs to ensure they haven't seen him. Sorry if you know all of this already

Had a baby via IVF on NHS over 30?
mickeymonkey replied to emc's topic in The Family Room Discussion
emc I do hope that this ITV piece reflects more accuracy and balance than your EDF post would suggest. Understanding, research and statistics have moved forward since the days of "women who have delayed trying for a baby"...."over the age of 30" This article may help: http://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2013/07/how-long-can-you-wait-to-have-a-baby/309374/ -
