Thank you mco 6215. Will try your way. I just feel is such a nice herb and i use it lots, but husband has gone mad and bought lots of different ones and doing as good as they are is a pity to loose it.

Hello, i have lots of oregano plants and all growing beatiful, so i thought of drying some as i dont want it to go to waste, so i cut it put it in a semi dark place till is totally dry, still smelling perfect, put it in a jar but after a few days in the jar it losses the smell...can anyone tell what am i doing wrong or what to do to keep the smell of oregano? Right now the last jar i havested smells of grass....not oregano
