  1. I feel the point about safety (in particular womans) is really important, pre closure, if working late, train to P Rye & quickly hop On bus. Not anymore. Not nice walking around after dark. This would be same anywhere in London. Not easily quantifiable & appreciate very subjective. Really hope they reinstate the bus, it?s much safer for journeys home.
  2. Hi Sorry to open an old post, our new aupair just arrived from Italy. Can anyone recommend some local English classes & meet up groups? She?s keen to meet friends & improve her English. Thanks

  9. What is the going average rate for a nanny? Either Net or gross - either way is fine. I just need a realistic going rate to figure out the most accurate monthly costs ;) I?m Using the nanny tax websites. I?m trying to compare options for my 3rd child as I?m due back at work soon, older 2 will be at school. Nanny versus nursery/after school clubs. We Need 4 days/35 hours
  10. I get serious under eye baggage - Mac liquid concealer works really well to make me look human again! Also heard that Charlotte Tilbury brand is very good for concealer. xx

  12. Highly recommend Joseph, we used him last week to help us move a sofa. It had to be lifted out of a 1st floor window so not a straight forward job. He was excellent and will definitely use again.

  22. It needs to be more appealing. I walk by nearly everyday but don't really know what they sell (except smoothies). It's a really big space & could be lovely. There's a lot of foot traffic around that area - better signage/decor & advertising might help.
  23. We've just had 2nd dose - my children are 3 & 2 so we had to pay. Side effects were pretty bad, high temp, irritable, sore arm etc so tough couple of days but hopefully very much worth it. Best of luck
  24. Could you do a spot of babysitting or help with after school picks up for someone while taking your own child? Not sure how that all works but I know there's been times when I would of paid for another "Mothers Help" during busy periods.
  25. Just to say thank you so much for posting this note, so useful and helpful ;) x
