  1. Crumbs - two mums, have a great cooking channel on Youtube.
  2. There isn't a law that says you have to open your door to someone who rings your bell. Get a chain, or a spyhole, and just ask who they are, say you aren't interested, thanks very much, you have to go and goodbye. You can just speak to them through the door, no need to open it. Or, just say you don't have any money and could they lend you some.
  3. Shouldn't this be in the new busy-body section?
  4. Strangely, Pete Townsend got off on something similar. He said he had been abused himself and that was why he downloaded them.

I never said it was.
  6. The actor who plays Superman has an huge Akita as his emotional support dog. Now that is a big dog to have on a flight.
  7. Why not try the edgy pubs in SE5?
  8. You will blatantly go out for a freshing of ale? How blatant are you going to be? What is a freshing of ale?
  9. There is also a bin cleaning service I have seen going round the streets in Southwark, perhaps you could contact them.
  10. What council is this? Maybe ask them for a new garden bin.
  11. I think there are a lot of people who just don't know about this service, and therefore don't call. Not all local authorities offer this service, so if you moved from another borough you might not be aware.
  12. Isn't there also a textile place in Sainsbury's car park? Wooly wands for the kitties? One of my cats used to love playing with emery boards. People with old eiderdowns might like the feathers.
  13. Domestic furniture rubbish is removed for free by Southwark if you call them.
  14. Have you tried Battersea? Or maybe they can just go for textile recycling.
  15. Why not try the Margaret Pyke Centre?
  16. Have seen pictures and articles about two married actors, Channing and Jenna Tatum. They have what they call an emotional assistance dog which they take on the plane with them. When it travels on the plane it wears some sort of jacket, but when they are pictured with it not at airports, it doesn't have the jacket which makes me think the jacket is worn to convince the airline to allow them to fly with it in the cabin. Apparently it's very easy to buy jackets for the dogs online, and in the States no one can ask many questions about what duties the dog performs for the owners as it would be illegal to do so. Hence lots of disruptive dogs are allowed into shops that should not be there.
  17. I have had rabbits, if you bring them inside and let them roam they like to chew wires.

Oh, good , yes it's a good place to visit for things like that. You know quite a lot about the pigs don't you!
  19. I wouldn't go to a pet store for a small furry, better to find a reputable breeder.
  20. Meant to say pigs live longer than rats. Rats have a 2-3 year life expectancy, pigs about 7 years.
  21. Rat or guinea pig. Rats are super intelligent. Hamsters live about 2 years and they don't do much, sleep a lot in the day and use their wheel at night. You can't lose a pig down a small hole either. They are cuddly, but need to live with another one in my opinion.
  22. Agree about Facebook. From what I have seen with friends, it causes lots of squabbles, finger pointing and jealousy.
  23. There is a chiropodist on Rye Lane, the Peckham Rye End.
  24. There is a website called Thelma and Louise, never used it, but just had a glance at it and it has different ages.

HSBC doesn't have an ATM inside, does Barclays? It didn't when I banked there. If my card was swallowed, or stolen, I just phone my bank, they are open 24/7.
