  1. edited for not reading properly.
  2. I get a text about a week before, and then one either the day before or day of.
  3. Wonder if they send out text reminders. Never heard of a 30 or 40 minuted appointment either, a double one, yes, but that is 20 minutes, I think.
  4. There isn't any proof that sweeteners are bad for you. If you don't want to put sugar in your tea or coffee, and don't want sweeteners, then have it unsweetened. Your palate will adjust. It's worth trying stevia if you haven't already, some people don't like the taste and some don't notice it.
  5. You need to read the labels on everything, boring as it might be. If you want or need sugar in your tea etc. then sweeteners are better than sugar, or try stevia. Processed food has a lot of sugar in it, do you eat a lot of that? If you cook from scratch then you know exactly what is in your food, so make a batch of something and then freeze in portions. I never buy fruit or flavoured yoghurts, always have plain, with no additives, and then add bits of fruit in season. I actually prefer it it that way.
  6. Have you tried Roullier White?
  7. Won't LEASE help you with the works and bills queries? Did you have some estate agents round to value it?
  8. There was an article about ADT and their doorstep selling in the Guardian Money section today. Worth a read.
  9. I went to school with with a girl from the Orleans family. There is quite a lot about them on the internet.
  10. Was the cat neutered? It's strange to think of a cat belonging to someone left to roam around 24/7.

    Pancakes

Canvas and Cream in Forest Hill have a pancake menu.
  12. I think Celia Hammond can provide help for this. Sounds like the cat needs trapping and checking for microchip and possible neutering. A long time ago I had a neighbourhood unneutered tom come in my house in daylight and chase my poor cat and beat him up. It was very distressing.

  14. Won't they want to be somewhere they can use their Freedom Pass?
  15. Melbourne Grove has a new head GP, Dr. Jonathan Love. Googled him and it seems he used to work at the surgery in Sternhall Lane.

Looks very top heavy for such a small garden.

Plenty of good recipes out there to cook at home, oven or slow cooker and they taste good. Pulled pork just means cooked pork that can be pulled apart and separated.
  19. Pulled pork easy to make at home in slow cooker, add BBQ sauce at end. Wouldn't go out for it. I like rocket on a chorizo and roasted pepper sandwich, like Brindisa makes it. Easy to replicate at home.
  20. How do you know the renovations haven't started?
  21. The Gardens is different now, has new premises and a new dentist. Think their list is closed.
  22. northcross rd northcote is in battersea. i used to go there, and changed to the gardens. always had to wait a long time.

Attack is really not the correct word to use here. If you have a fear of dogs not on leads, then really, Dulwich Park is not the best place to go to clear your head. There are some enclosed areas there without any dog access, but not many. Or, the track where cyclists are, if you have adequate footwear on, would probably be a good bet as there aren't many dogs up there at all.
