Sorry to hear you are still having problems... I am not sure either who to go with? On another note, when I called Virgin in March they told me that we will be credited on our next bill, just received my bill with no credit! Just called them again, they offered ?2.47 credit to start with as they could not see how long the system was down in March. When I asked to talk to the manager suddenly they were able to credit me with ?13.14. I know it is not a lot but at least it is something, maybe you should try and include the problems you are having this week!?
