I’ve tried numerous times to book a bulk rubbish collection but when I go to the payment section I keep getting an error message every time. Has anyone booked a collection in the last few days and did the payment all go smoothly? thanks!

There is usually loads around local schools, have seen on regular basis outside Harris and around Heber. And it’s probably deliberate! There is no thought to the kids who are cycling/scooting/running to the gates! It’s disgraceful and pure laziness!

I did think just about tipping it all in the large green bin but it’s putting me off 🤢 Next week I’ll just put outside on pavement, surely it can’t be missed then. @Suethanks I am aware of the Ulverscroft Rd WhatsApp group, I’m not on it, but I think I just prefer chatting to neighbours/friends whilst out and about. But thank you for the offer! 😊

Hi, I know there are many drama clubs out there but they would like payment for a whole term etc… I am really looking for something where you can pay as you go. Something like a fun Saturday club. Do these exist anymore? Don’t mind if club not in ED but not too far. Thank you

Hi I know there are lots of gymnastics classes out there but I’m looking for a few recommendations please. My child is quite nervous and shy but very keen on wanting to try gymnastics. Ideally in the local area and not too expensive. Thanks so much.

We used to go to mensaab on LL regularly but their hygiene rating has totally put me off. Haven’t been there for months now.

There used to be and still is a lot on our Road especially by trees or in the middle of the pavement. I got fed up navigating the buggy and small child around it all. I contacted the council many times. They’d come and clean up the mess within a day or two but then more appears. What really annoys me is dog owners who deliberately let their dogs poo on the pavements around schools. The amount of children I see on a daily basis walking/running through poo or riding scooters/bicycles through. It’s absolutely disgusting!

We had Jon and his team around again today to clean the gutters. They did a fantastic job, very prompt, friendly, professional & reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Jon and his team. Thanks again!
