Might be of interest to those on this thread that the CQC started a new inspection programme of GP practices last year. As someone earlier noted they haven't inspected DMC yet, though their latest monitoring report makes for fairly depressing reading http://www.cqc.org.uk/sites/default/files/1-565650623%20GP%20IM%20V101.pdf James is absolutely right to encourage people to complain to NHS England if the practice hasn't responded to complaints themselves adequately. I'd also suggest (I say this as someone who works in healthcare) that you might also want to share concerns with the CQC directly via their website and see if that bumps DMC up the list to be inspected next..... http://www.cqc.org.uk/share-your-experience-finder Hope that's helpful. Thanks pugwash - didn't realise they weren't allowed to ask on the way in. Such a bad advert for her party - such a shame, as she probably took a whole day out of her life to try and help a cause she obviously cares deeply for!

Of course, and I really don't mind them asking - good to see people campaigning rather than being apathetic - but twice on the way in, and twice on the way out is a bit much. Especially when you politely decline the first time..... I didn't have the nerve to tell her to foxtrot oscar! She'd have probably exploded with rage - she was fairly obviously irritated I wouldnt even tell her where i live....

has anyone else been to vote today at Heber school? Just curious as the Lib Dem rep outside was.... putting this politely..... incredibly persistent in trying to find out my voter roll number. I realise it helps them with last minute campaigning but i didn't want to share personal info with her - she was really quite rude about it.
