Probably nothing but just in case and due to all posts regarding burglaries and attempted van theft I thought I would mention it. As I was getting into my car this morning it looked like a guy was casing out all houses on piermont road. He then got into a white van and sat there for a while. As I said it is probably nothing but be on your guard. I have reported description of character and registration of van to police. Local resident.

Depending on how long ago this was done, when you come to sell if you have no party wall agreement I imagine you will be able to offer an indemnity insurance for the lack of it.
