Hello! We are looking for an after-school / holiday nanny from November. The hours would be 3.00 - 6.30pm Mon - Thurs and longer during school holidays. Our daughter is at school in Herne Hill and our son is at school in West Dulwich. The role would involve collection from both schools, bringing them home for homework, supper, playtime and a few pre-bath-time cartoons. I have had last minute nannies via Tinies (sourced via MyFamilyCare) and the nannies they provided were great. It can be expensive but a great source of comfort knowing that a last minute nanny can be found.

Oats in a pop sock/pair of tights in the bath really help to soothe the itching. Make sure you clean the bath out well afterwards though as the oaty liquid can be slippy!

I slipped on the grey/green matting surrounding the large wooden climbing frames at Goose Green Park on Friday morning and broke my ankle badly. Obviously not ideal at 32 weeks pregnant but I?m glad it wasn?t worse. I have written to Southwark Council to warn them that this area is very slippy. If anyone one has slipped there, I?d be grateful if you could PM me.
