  1. It depends on different factors. I think the best solution for the child?s needs are nannys, but they can be very pricey. Nurseries are the cheapest options. But if you can?t afford a nanny, but still want something better for a small child then a childminder would be the best. That?s what I think for small children up to the age of 3. After the age of 3 I would always suggest a nursery.
