Definitely a good idea to sign up to AutoPay to make sure you never get caught out. I had a few experiences in the past where I had forgotten or wasn't sure if I needed to pay which left me put of pocket but AutoPay makes it so easy & all done for you.

This is just so frightening, why do our children have to feel like this? I can't imagine how scared they must be especially seeing that photo, I would be terrified if I was approached by that complete scumbag. So sorry for your son Otto & hope he starts to feel a bit more himself soon.

I've been exactly the same green bean. Never suffered before yet the last few days I can barely breathe out of 1 nostril & eyes are very itchy. My nose seems to be worse at night so extremely tired as I can't sleep properly.. Hope it eases up soon for all our sakes : ( -

MENOPAUSE!!!! My goodness I didn't even think about that. It might be a little too early for that......I hope......well I'm not sure now. I will go to the GP actually to talk to them. Fingers crossed x

Thank you so much for all your kind responses that alone has made me feel better. I will definitely try the Vitamin D sounds like it's really helpful. I hope I start to feel better.....haven't had cold/flu but not been feeling 100% maybe I'm feeling run down though. Thanks again everyone x

I'm seriously suffering with January blue's, never really had this before do other people get this? Or could I be depressed or dare I say having a mid life crisis!!!! I'm starting to question everything in my life usually I'm such a positive happy go lucky kinda gal. Any tips to shake this feeling off?

My father has suffered with 3 bouts of flu like virus since Christmas. He hasn't been right for ages, docs told him it was a virus that's in his system but just can't seem to shake it off. He has the flu jab every year. It is quite worrying but doc also said he's seen a similar cases this winter. Hope you feel better soon. -

I agree Louisa, the point of this thread is a crime has been committed & potentially will happen again so we all need to be extra vigilant & look out for each other instead of having petty squabbles.
