  19. a few weeks ago I got confronted by a dude at the bus stop at the corner of the gardens and peckham rye. he clearly wanted trouble, but I ran off before he produced a knife or did anything.

  23. otta, completely agree. the housing market in this country is completely tilted in the favour of the seller. in the USA, for example they have "buyer's agents" https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=buyer%27s+agent for example. it's ripe for disruption.
