have a look at Honor oak park barriers & redevelopment of ticket hall few years ago passengers running in an 'S' shape through ticket hall, poor use of space now been ripped out, 1 long gate line installed, drastically quicker and better use of space never know things could improve -

Waterloo east/charing x services will return when work at London bridge is complete There will not be a big change to the current pattern of service, just increased capacity due to the 12 car trains The work at LBG is for the thameslink project, as we know services via herne hill have won that battle to continue through the 'core' rather than terminate at blackfriars
