I'm hoping for some sensible suggestions here! My mother sadly passed away a few months ago. I have the task of sorting through her clothes. A lot of things will be going to charity shops. But I'm not sure what to do with the everyday things like pants, socks, tights, etc. I know bras can go to a bra-bank to raise money for breast cancer research. But what to do with the rest? Someone suggested that a women's refuge would happily take such items. Any ideas from you knowledgeable locals? It seems a shame just to bin things. Thanks.
