I just heard about the conkers thing from my mother-in-law this very evening! Will definitely be giving it a try as we get moths every year. There's not one jumper in our house without holes. Gggrrrrr.

Pavement slab missing - big hole outside The Bishop

... and pictures of the hole with enough in the photo to distinguish it as that hole in particular. I would do close ups and then from a distance with the Bish in the background, and then perhaps along the pavement, so they can see how much space the hole takes up across it. Good luck.
