    I highly recommend Russell at Dulwich Physio also. I thought the pain was just something I was going to endure but he sorted me out in two sessions (as with mine it was actually tightening of the ligaments causing the severe pain). All the best.

    Hi, massive congratulations to everyone who's babies have arrived and all the best for those imminent. Another boy to add to the team, we had little Edward on the 30th April....another blonde Sara! Suddenly feel much more settled in and looking forward to starting to get out and about more. It would be fab to meet up and say hello to your babies soon. xxx

    Hi, I am due in early May and would definitely be keen to meet up with other new Mums-to-be - it's all feeling very real now! I'm on maternity leave now also so any weekday get togethers would be great. Hope to see you soon. Kate
