Welcome to ED!!! We will be doing; Pop up food events, live music, we are putting together a ED Playgroup every mon-fri, quiz nights with a twist...whatever people would like really :)

Now you get a beer, decent meal AND good events!!

Our website had a few tech difficulties!! the tech team are on the case as we speak and all should be sorted very very soon!! It will have all our menu's, up coming events, pictures etc :)

We are no longer the "old Clockhouse" It's a band new refurb, new menu, new bar. On our menu we also do small plates that are perfect for sharing so no need to necessarily order mains if you didn't want to! Everyone changes including us, pop in and try the NEW Clockhouse. x

We are happy to run everything our side, tea/coffee/milk etc all fine as obviously we have it all for the bar and restaurant! We are thinking of opening the Blake room (event space) from 9-12 monday - friday. A reduced cost for a tea/coffee and a pastry. Lots of toys and colouring for the little ones!

i am slowly gathering a collection of child friendly dvds...i hear Peppa pig is a favourite at the moment!!

ok brilliant....putting it all forward to my area manager now! I will make it happen...!!

Maybe a crafty table? Colouring sheets, crayons etc?? would that be the kind of thing for the older ones? You'll have to forgive me if i'm getting this all wrong i have 5 nieces and the youngest is 3 and really just wants to be the next Jessie J!!!

ok leave it with me...i will see what i can come up with... toys, play mats, tea/coffe (wine) and cake...i'm on the case!

fab, well i'd love to get things organised!!! what do you think people want?? i'm open to all ideas!!

Hi, My names Laura, I'm the events manager for the Clockhouse. I am really keen to organise a mums and baby/toddler groups for during the week. We have a large event room upstairs that you could use, a tv small bar area but completely closed off so no need to worry once the crawling stage is in full swing!! Happy for ideas to what you are looking for and i will do my best to accommodate!! Laura

Hi All, Just to say The Clockhouse is now open again after our refurb, you will see some big changes including a brand new menu...not your standard "young's" menu. Pop down and give us a try...i think you will be very impressed!!! Laura

Hi Ladies, Just wanted to introduce myself, my names Laura and i'm the events manager for The Clockhouse, i know you have got yourselves sorted to be at the EDT for the time being, however i would love for you to consider using us at some point, we have a function room upstairs if there is a larger group of you, or a snug area if only smaller numbers. Also once babies arrive if you wanted somewhere to all gather then again i'd be happy to organise something for you all. Any questions just ask :)
