I'm looking for Post caesarean Pilates once i hit 6 weeks and maybe few tips for natural birth recovery as well;) Where about are your class? Cost? Hello lovely ladies, Congratulations to all new mums and babies! It has been a while for me as for the last few weeks I have been in and out of hospital and appointments due to my increasing blood pressure and swollen legs, feet and face....Last week wednesday I was admitted to hospital to monitor my blood pressure for 24 hours and midnight my waters broke as twin one was engaged and I started labour with 35 weeks. Rafael (twin 1) was born at 6:10am on 29th march via a natural birth with 2,270kg and his sister (twin 2 was breech) via C-section at 8:46 am with 2,660 kg. Two different births to recover from and 7 days at the hospital...It was tough but finally yesterday afternoon we have been discharged and now at HOME SWEET HOME. Mum and babies are doing well and hopefully we will be able to catch up soon. :) Emmy xx

Hi Ladies, I had to have a check up at the hospital and stayed there for 5 hours last tuesday, one midwife to see lots of woman anyway hope I can make it next week tuesday. Thanks Jenny for the tip I will definitely sign up for the Pilates C-section. Do you know when usually are you able to join the exercise after c-section? Emmy x

Congratulations Jo!!! Welcome baby Arthur! I'm planning to attend the plough next Tuesday at 11:00 and meet some of the new arrivals and bumps. I'm at hospital now treating a urine infection and make sure both babies are well. Hopefully I will be out tomorrow or Thursday morning depending on doctors. Emmy x

I know that only when the babies are out of my tummy and here in my arms that I will see and try things to find out what works and what does not work for them. For me it feels very reassuring to hear other twins mum?s experiences and to have other ideas to try out ;) It?s great to hear that your twins didn?t have nipple confusion and that you managed to sync their sleep. Theres a chance that it may work for mine as well. At least I can try and not feel that I?m crazy on my own, that someone else tried and worked. It?s a possibility. I will definitely get the medela and the "unsexy bra". I saw the bra in the net and now you are saying that was good, I will get it too. Thanks everyone for your messages, two months to go :) Emmy
