Hello East Dulwich! I coordinate a group for a charity called free cakes for kids, I have lots of willing bakers (although if there are any more out there we wont say no!) but a bit of a struggle in promoting the charity in this area. I've contacted local food banks etc but wanted to ask if anyone had any ideas or other contact details for any less known refuges, food banks or community groups where I can advertise this great charity? Sorry to hear about your bike, I used to live in the Gardens last year and got a bike stolen from my shed. Have you told the police? Somehow they managed to find our bike and returned it! Quite rare but its worth a shot.

The Blackbird does a sandwich/coffe/cake deal for about a fiver.

I also live on Upland road and didnt receive any post at all for about 4 weeks. If you phone royal mail customer services they can take note of it and report the postman. This sorted out my problem, but i did have to phone about 3 times! Hope you get it sorted soon.

I agree, i think the Blackbird stuff is amazing, Its really refreshing to have somewhere thats reasonably priced with lovely staff!
