  2. Marmora Man, i posted on here what the owners wished to be posted, if the family do not want to reveal more information about their child that is their prerogative, as for the police being able to trace the vehicle, may be it was have you thought FALSE number plates???, as for the likelihood of marnie (the dog) being found in east dulwich, do people of east dulwich not purchase animals from outside of east dulwich????, it does not matter if the chance is relatively small in this matter of finding marnie in east dulwich, it is the thought that you never know what area it may be someone may know something or be able to help, when things may it be people/ animals or other things go missing or get stolen it does not necessarily mean that because they was stolen/missing from that area that they/it should be found in that area does it??
  3. well why not, marnie has been stolen in a violent attack, and now sold and she could be anywhere now, so we are asking for help in every area we can think possible, thanks for your concern marmora man, dont think that is a nice attitude to take, when trying to help others do you???
  4. yes a page has been set up on facebook, and doglost, thank you.
  5. Marnie is a Yorkshire Terrier who was STOLEN in the Canterbury Region. The thieves were after a lurcher but owner and his wife stopped them...3 men attacked her husband with a shovel...the wife managed to get the dog out of their grip and into the kennel...she shielded the kennel with her body as they kept hitting her husband and saying get her out of the way or we will kill her...all this was witnessed by their 6 year old daughter....they then stole the yorkie...neighbour got full registration plate...police have issued only a ref number. Please twitter and share. There is a CRN EY 0091725 which is the violent assault and under current police investigation. The details have gone out on police alerts by text and email using the current NHW alerts system. BLUE MERCEDES REG BC02 YVA 0844 800 3220 www.doglost.co.uk, it was believed that marnie was sold around 6pm on tuesday 4th oct from the orpington area,Has your neighbour or family member just aquired a beautiful tiny adult female yorkie. 6. BANG BANG I SHOT HIM DOWN, LMAO >:D< WELL I THOUGHT I DID.
  7. It is dulwich lordship lane.
  8. heard it as well on lbc, said it was a 30 yr old man.
  9. aw well done sparks, i to had cancer back in 1995,had to have further op in 1997,op did not go to well, although i can not critise the intensive care staff ad my op in 1997 was let home the next day was felling unwell, was then rushed back to kings and spent 6 weeks in intensive care, when i finally woke up i had most of my stomach removed,(external)i was just 39 at the time so was glad i had my kids, i was told that i Necrotizing fasciitis, know as the flesh eating disease, was told if the surgeon who done the op had concentrated more on what she was doing then this would of not happened, still cant undo this,i am still walking around with a stomach that looks like a pizza with no topping on that is all i can discribe it as, in fact it looks like a shark has bitten into my stomach, but i would def no go back there, i to am in remission, any way enjoy all you can like i do, i now have time with my grandchildren as well as my children.so i guess like many others out there we are lucky.
  10. oh well, i guess i will now have to keep on making my own, at least i am relaible and i know the taste will be what we like, it takes me 2 days to make the main sauce of the currys and dishes, 10 minutes to do pilau rice excellent, but i dont mind as i like the overcomming aroma in my house that last for a few days or more, i enjoy the task of peeling fresh ingredients and making this curry gravy as they say from scratch, thank god for currys love them and enjoy making them.
  11. well never had a window knocker, early hours this morning 2.30 our door bell went 3 times, looked out of the window saw nothing, checked our cctv cam nothing, no one was there, this is a strange thing as we have an electric door bell and when my friend visited and put on her car alarm my neighbours door bell would go off, obvioulsy on the same wave, i checked the street for any one in a vehicle no no one there, this is the first time this has happened to us in 7 years, has any one else exsperianced this problem with plug in electric door bell? so now door bell will be switched off of a night, thus getting a good undisturbed sleep.
  12. why dont your call their head office, take the reg number of his vehicle and what sainsburys then may be they will call the manager of the said shop to discuss this matter, just a thought.
  13. have had curry from 2 sisters, many of times they was very nice and enjoyable until they changed hands a year or so back, i only live about 10 minute walk from them, when our curry was delivered it was stone cold,as i know they did not and do not delivery on foot, we rang them to say it was cold and then they came with a completly different meal none of it was what we ordered in the first place, rang them again after checking the order while the delivery guy was here to be told that they was under pressure because of a speacial celebration they were having, well sorry not the customers fault, never got any refund (45 quid)and the meal went straight in the bin as it was curry we never liked would never use them again.
  14. i think all the curry house in ed have changed hands, used all of the curry houses in ed now for over 23 years, it seem that they are all deteriorating, i find it hard to get a good curry now in ed.
  15. very well said, i have a disabilty, not visable, and i am very embarresed to tell ie police,(as i can not wear a seat belt) parking attendance of it, it took me 12 years to get my blue badge, (this was due to a hospital blunder, to which as made my life hell to live with now,) just so i could go shopping with out having to risk more scarring on my disabilty, should we have to advertise our disability? because we look ok on the outside where others can not see visably,i got stopped in blackheath last week asking why i wasnt wearing a seat belt, i explained to the officer, and said i have proff if he wanted to see it, he said no i belive you, then after i told him my reason why, he replied i should know better, for god sake i never ask for this to be done to me, so i just gritted my teeth and went on my way, do we have to advertise our disablilty.
  16. i saw all people in nunhead lane, on sunday, very happy celebrating the day, pubs along nunhead lane was flowing, no trouble from any of them, may there be many more st pats day
  17. aw hope it stays good for you, cant say what the weather is going to be like, weather forecast to me say one thing then another happens, any way wish you good weather, and hope all goes well
  18. i guess the butchers job is to get the meat in quite quick off of the lorry, i have know quite a few butchers use shopping trollies in such high weather, supermarkets are no better, because we see sainsburys, morrisons, sommerfields adverts on tv, their meat i guess they do no differnt to our local butcher,we think as supermarktes as being fresh, dont think so, what about baked fresh in store, this is not true either, many supermarkets cakes, bread etc are sent in frozen, so when their customers appear they smell the goodness of freshly baked bread, sorry they have been defosted in store, very few supermarkets bake on the premises, so folkes dont be fooled by adverts. As for vermin most supermarkets have a plague of mice even rats, morrisons in peckham is built over a swimming pool that was never filled in, they are thriving with rats because of this.
  19. my daughter used to live in a block just a few yards away, thank god she has now moved out, sick of waiting for the council to move them they rented private, her flat was situated on the second floor of a 13th block, there was only way one out which was along a balcony if there was a fire in the middle of her block then her and her family would of not stood a chance just like this poor woman and children whos life was taken, southwark council and other councils need to sit back and think of peoples safty, what did southwark council exspect them to do jump over to the next balcony? my heart goes out to your work colleague Andystar, only god knows what you will say to him, my thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family, these death trap tower blocks need to be knocked down,i know these places were modernised with new windows and door, new lifts that would break down on a daily bases, that kids vandalised, kids also used to take out the main fuse to tenants electric as the electric cupboard to the whole block of flats were down stairs and never locked, i dont know how many times my daughter called out the electric company when she was left with no electric and 3 children. The rubbish chutes are also a hazzard, where kids can set them alight, one at each end of the block of flats (on each balcony),does southwark council not class this as a danger to peoples lives?
  20. ok i know what you are saying is true, so say these people had fire alarms, and the they found out that they had no where to run to because of no fire exits, i know there are no fire exits in these flats.so they had fire alarms and what next because no fire exits? i know it is not your fault but the fault of southwark council, they should make sure that all of their tenants have some sort of safety/exit in case of a fire.

  22. my heart goes out to the people who was involved in terrible Lakanal House tragedy, also to the parents and relatives of these poor babys that have had their lives cut short, this estate is old and i know it from years back, why do the council put up places that have no fire exit? it does say on sky news that improvements had been made to the flats, ie all i can see is new windows and doors, what a bout a fire exit, southwark council needs sit down and think would i like to live there? is it safe? if they dont think its safe as it wasnt then lets make it safe.for god sake dont think of how much rent we should charge you, think is our tenants are safe, no it was not safe as we did not put fire exits in, so southwark council sort out your safety rules, you have enough money from the public, life is un- replacable.
