I am local myself (upland road) I run a meat/fish business- buy fresh produce daily from Smithfield and Billingsgate plus a few specialist farmers (fosse meadow farm for chicken etc) I am sure you have your regular suppliers but I would be delighted to be given the opportunity to supply you some produce. Basically I would buy from market and mark up 20%. I would easily be more competitive than other suppliers as my overheads or so small. I have very good reviews on the forum and understand food ! As I go to market daily I am very flexible and can take last minute orders etc. Iam exceptionally busy over Christmas/new year but would be delighted to buy anything for you.
