Our's now fine don't have their pricy tv service but neighbour does there's is fine. shame so many problem's this was our 1 st issue in 5 year's being here.main issue for us was a bad installation to start with and getting them send right people out replace those cables. other than that been very good, phone service very good, internet fast our's upped to 60 after being with them while. plus money back any time lengthy loss service, new modem given when thought to be issue. guess we all vary by sound's of it do think they need upp there game.but we decided stay with them as get such fast speed on wii fi. They always's been helpful when husband rang them to start with wasn';t but after been with them while better. did find phone staff need be more knowledgeable. husband often said he knew more than them. countrlass22

my cat hit by a car outside leisure centre
Countrlass22 replied to a peace of cake's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Hi my condolences from a fellow forum member with big passion for cat's of which we have 2. my male cat loves to sit out front under bay window and let passers by admire him so can see how missed your beloved kitty will be,shame such horrific injury poor kitty. horrible when people dont stop..... it is a crime not to....so in that sense anyone got l plate number they could report it . not that brings kitty back. It is hard in Dulwich not let them near road especially the semi detached houses..we luckily got landlord put high side gate with no gap underneath.my cat still managed get out when neighbours above left side gate open thankfully he saw me looking for him and ran back to back of house. cats have own free will if outdoor cat very cruel keep them in all time. know we have to at night due foxes going for cat's where we live.........thank goodness for kind people who helped you go vet hold onto kitty till you were located...... so sad m -

Hi I feel for you.I did the same thing twice on same ankle October 2011 and again July 2012.i went to AE as thought broken heard crack snap mines wasnt fully torn wore air cast boot 1 st time for 2 weeks.did sole physios followed by a 6 week course at Kings physiotherapy clinic.to strengthen ankle both legs all muscles ligaments. we did stretching, wobble boards.exercise bikes, cross trainers. each person was given own tailored exercise rehab.i had to use cold packs..pain relief........had ankle scanned and after 2nd injury developed plantar fasciitis for which im having lazer treatment nhs podaitrist.....thanks to my rheumatologist referring me. main thing once initial swelling calmed is to strengthen injured limb and other limb....seems soon as let mine get weak prone to re injure. all best i also use crutches when pain bad for protection from re injury.

criminal damage to window
Countrlass22 replied to Countrlass22's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Thankyou..............we feel unsafe..........told glass is toughened....neighbours don't have double glazing so thought someone hears it would be very loud. just trying bring it in open see if anyone heard anything. police did say will check any similar cases found in the local area..... we feel very vulnerable as easy to walk up to our window. anyone knows what kind lock be easy put onto wooden bay window.......its latch type. or entry alarm on window or vibrational type if glass damaged again. -
Hi just bringing to attention. we woke to find a damage to our lovely bay window.Glengarry road happened around 1.30am Saturday 27th April, as we in housing trust property informed them had report to Met Police. but due lack evidence criminal case dropped.........awaiting glass replacement.....we had plant pot dumped in our garden by late ED drunken residents before. while waiting for glass replacement we had an issue that saddens us...on whats usually a family friendly supportive neighbourly street not one neighbour ask if we okay nothing......... lived here since 2008..so we left feeling Dulwich isn't friendly place live.....no thoughtful neighbours no one wanting admit heard anything. yet burglar alarm goes of everyone out see if okay........ and are people about that time in our road........been few crimes here recently not done by accident........message edited due lack understanding.........
