Our nanny is live out, works 3 days a week, 11 hours a day and has been with us for 18 months already. She gets the full annual leave entitlement pro rated for 3 days a week. No other priveledges. Thank you to everyone for taking the time to respond.

What is the going rate currently for a nanny per hour (either net or gross)? looking to increase our nanny's pay but want to keep within market averages.

Congratulations! I'm due in December with no.2 too and have a two and 3/4 year old. I've also been wondering if there was a second time mum group, much harder to meet mums second time round!

Any recommendations for a maternity nurse would be welcome. We are expecting our second, planned csection and no family help this time around and DH scheduled to travel for work soon after birth so I would like some help especially during the night.
