Hi there I'm a lawyer & this sounds like a good fee quote to me. Just to be clear though, you won't be adding another name to the Lease. The Lease has been completed & is a finished document. What you will be doing is adding another registered proprietor to the title at the Land Registry. The Lease itself won't be altered, but the second name will be added to the deeds. You could have a bash at this yourself (use form TR1 which can be downloaded from the Land Reg website), but you may encounter problems properly completing this, executing it and having it registered. You'll also need to consent of any mortgage lender you have. Good luck!
