Thanks for all your comments guys, the bills were a big worry and an even bigger one now! I wonder if there's a limit to how many they can actually charge. Seems to me like a protection law is in order! -
My husband and I are thinking about buying in the Dog Kennel Hill estate and I'm wondering what everyone's thoughts are on it? Is it safe? Anyone had any trouble around there? What's the split in council/private? What are bills like for the improvements? We live around the corner, but we've never lived on an estate so just looking for thoughts!
