There is one at Push Studios, Blackwater Street. Fridays at 18:45. Have not tried yet, going to try it out this Friday so let you know!

Hi Dave, There is a lovely Pregnancy Yoga on Friday nights at PUSH studios in East Dulwich. They also have Pregnancy Pilates on a Thursday night!
