I had no heating or hot water, the landlords who were informed, were only able to book an engineer a week later. Lea, who responded to my call has taken the most admirable kindness to fix my heating problem through his mobile face services. It is one of the most self-motivated appreciation of his profession and clients respect he has . He is truly an ambassador to his country, which has been appreciated by people who come to know UK, and most of all his mother who brought up with the quality of a tremendously kind and compassionate young man. To be fair, every household seems to own 2 cars per family these days but nobody drives to work, meaning very little parking spaces. It?s a real issue and sometimes you have to park where you can to access a property to drop off tools good and materials before finding a parking space. There is less and less parking/road space for local tradesmen as a result of these measures and the new culture that seems to be actively forced on us lately.

When there was a problem with the installation (not of their making but a hang over from our old boiler being incorrectly configured) Lee's team returned the next day and worked on it for the best part of Saturday at no further cost. Can't recommend Lee and his team highly enough.

I?m so relieved to see that the road closures in Dulwich village have so much opposition. As a local business it has made my working day so much harder with increased traffic in all surrounding roads extending my journey time between jobs but more importantly DURING jobs, meaning when I dash off for materials my customers are paying for that journey time. When the schools go back and offices re-open fully it will be unbearable to motorists and the local residents. They are making London impossible to work in. I?ve just spent ?28k on a brand new clean van and I still can?t drive it anywhere. What?s the point? It?s all well and good making London for cyclists while penalising those who pay for these roads and pretending it?s about anything but revenue in fines but with increased travel time people like me will have no choice but to increase our charges.

He quickly identified a problem with one of our radiators, which two other tradesmen had inspected and were unable to fix. He also came out first thing on a Sunday to look at our boiler as we had no hot water or central heating. During both visits he was efficient and a pleasure to have in the house. He is always quick to respond to queries and is extremely communicative. We have found Lee to be reliable and knowledgable and will definitely be using his services again in the future.
