Hi, I wonder if anyone can help? I'm 7 weeks pregnant and registered with Dulwich Medical Centre. I also have a 1 year old. For my last pregnancy I was with the Lanes midwife team and they were really great. I understand the from the reception team at DMC that Lanes are being disbanded and they currently have just one midwife. The only appointment they would offer me is a group appointment at 12 noon on the days they run. They couldn't tell me how long it would take and this doesn't work very well with feeding my 1 yr old and getting him down for a nap. I've been given the phone number for the midwife but after leaving messages on three separate days I am running out of hope for hearing back from them. Should I change GPs to try and register with another team? Does anyone have any other thoughts on what I could do. DMC reception have not been very helpful. Thanks
