  1. Hi. I'll be making the same journey next week and plan on taking the 12 bus. Maybe see you at the catch up tomorrow. xx
  2. Hi. Will hopefully be able to pop in for a bit. xx
  3. I'll pop along with bubs and possibly hubby as he is on paternity leave. Lx
  4. Am sure she'll be along to give details soon enough, but I just had to say how adorable her LO is. One of the (only) perks of being admitted for monitoring was getting to have a quick cuddle. Hopefully see you all this week. xx edited to say congrats Rachel!
  5. Claudine! Congrats honey!! Such fab news. Am up for Chandelier on Tues. Can't wait to meet the lil fella. Len x
  6. Hi all. Can't wait to hear from Claudine!! Has anyone heard from Pegs too? All very exciting. Just over a week til maternity leave starts and will then be free for lovely strolls in the park, etc. Look forward to meeting those I missed as I could not make the last get together.
  7. Sounds fab. My hubby might even pop along for a bit... unless it's ladies only. xx
  8. Hi all. I won't be able to make the 7th May picnic as have a friend's hen do that day. Hopefully you'll have nice weather for it. Will keep an eye out for any other meet up dates. Oh and if anyone has some nice black maternity trousers that I can borrow for the hen do... please let me know! I only have a work pair (that aren't very nice) and jeans. Size 14-ish and short leg...am 5"3. Trying to avoid spending money on something that won't be worn much. Lx
  9. I'm due beginning of July and friend's wedding is also 23rd July, but luckily within easy driving distance. I have told friend that whilst I would love to guarantee I could attend, I just won't know til much nearer the time. She has said it is fine and to come to as much/little of the day that I can and not to worry if can't make it at all. Very kind of her considering how much wedding meals can cost and restrictions on numbers at the venue. I'll just play it by ear on the day and hopefully at least see the ceremony if nothing else. Good luck!
  10. Mirabelle, I'm also due in July and am with a Kings midwife after going through DMC. I was told the same thing about the Lanes waiting list. I considered chasing it up a few weeks ago, but decided not to bother. I'm not planning a home birth though - if I was, then I'd probably be looking to switch.
  11. Hi all. Sat 2nd April is good for me too as am working during the week. Look forward to meeting up. xx
  12. Thanks QueenMab! Found the NHS form and have posted it and also sent details off for NCT one.
  13. Hi ladies. Would like to join you all with a 7 July due date. Haven't done anything about antenatal classes! Eek! Not even sure where to look in all the booklets/leaflets I've been handed for the NHS and NCT details. Must get head round all this.
  14. Thanks for all your posts. Off to get my PAC.
  15. I am thinking of switching to Vodafone, but wondered if anyone has had (ongoing) experience of poor reception in the area? I searched the forum and a few posts popped up from 2009, but haven't seen any recent ones. Cheers.
  16. Thanks for all suggestions. We had a lovely walk in Eynsford today. Cheers!
  17. Having walked the dog many times in the local parks and Dulwich woods, am planning on travelling further afield this weekend for a nice park/woodland walk. Can anyone recommend places within 30-45 mins drive of ED? Cheers.
  18. Not sure when it is shown on C5, but second one is repeated on Sunday 7pm on Five USA.
  19. I normally only lurk on the forum, but thought would drop a quick note to say I've just been to the chocolate making course at The Melange and had a fabulously messy time making my own chocolates. The owner is lovely and I wish them all the best with the new shop.
