Both tickets machines not working so i thought that they wont issue penalties...Wrong, got a ticket. Does anybody actually pay these penalties if machines aren't working? They are saying that you can still pay by phone..I shall just never visit that store again.

Young man was stabbed/ robbed on Cheltenham road, near the junction of Reynolds road. Did anybody see anything.. sounds like the assailant was wearing a yellow jacket and running down Cheltenham Rd towards ivydale Rd.

That thing could well be a bricklayers/plasters tool to scrape walls before renedering/plastering to get a better grip for new layer. Done it myself long time ago.
