  1. Please take from front garden at 73 Pellatt Rd.
  2. Please join me in reporting this incident to GATEHerts at https://gateherts.org.uk/report-racism/ who work with victims of discrimination, hate incidents and crime within Gypsy and Traveller communities, supporting victims and encouraging reporting of hate crime incidents, every report gets followed up with the police and reported to government so they can have a better understanding of the everyday racism faced by the Gypsy, Roma & Traveller communities. I thank you all for your support.
  3. Quick answer, no I don't. That sounds outragous. But speaking as a cleaner I think you got off on the wrong track. Firstly "paying by the job" is almost unheard and should probably have raised concerns since it could indicate a desire to cram as many jobs as possible into a day by cutting corners to do so. I also think it's very important to establish what you need doing at the outset. Don't worry about sounding over particular. Cleaners would rather work to a clear brief. Of course even then there may be misunderstandings if so point them out immediately and a good cleaner should amend their schedule happily. As with most things open communication is key. You mention you wanted a cleaner to do the jobs you hate, why not make a list of them all then when you hire your next cleaner discuss them and decide on how to incorporate them into a schedule. Somethings can be done less frequently than others. Other points to note, always check references, and lastly agree a trial period at the outset. A months trial is probably a good measure as it will give you a more rounded picture of your cleaner. Beverley
  4. Hi Thanks so much for your reply. I'll call you tomorrow.
  5. Second the recommendation for Wo Wo. Also nearby Ashwood Farm just outside East Grinstead and at the other end of the Bluebell line. Best for camping uncrowded woodland camping, you can light fires and the owners are very friendly.
  6. Hi, My 15 year old daughter had work experience lined up, but unfortunately it was in a shop in Herne Hill which was recently flooded and will not be reopening for some time. She needs work experience for 1 week from the 9th Sept. She's happy to consider all options and to travel to central London or work locally.
