Did you fall pregnant accidentally in your forties?
emc posted a topic in The Family Room Discussion
Were you in your mid to late forties, believing you were probably no longer fertile when you fell pregnant? I'd really love to talk to someone who has been in this situation for a newspaper article (so you must be happy to be identified and pictured) There's a fee involved if you fit the brief. Pls PM for more info. thanks v much. -
Oh and thanks so much right-clicking!

Hello, am trying to recycle my very old Toshiba laptop but am being asked all sorts of questions which I can't answer - can anyone help or tell me where i can find the info (I haven't got the manual anymore) It's a Toshiba Model no PS100E-001RE-EN Does anyone know: amount of RAM? the hard drive? What processor it uses? The speed of the processor? thanks in advance

Hi there I know there's lots of threads on this so apologies for posting yet another. A report is due to be published on Monday which will find, unsuprisingly, that spiralling nursery costs are adding to the financial woes of parents and in many cases they are considering, once nursery fees have been paid, whether if it's worth them working at all. I would love to speak to you if you are the position of debating whether it's worth carrying on working or perhaps you have recently given up work for this very reason. This would be for a very short, pre recorded interview for ITV Daybreak. It would take about an hour and I can pay a small fee for your time. Pls PM for more info. Thanks v much!

Will be you be affected by cuts to child benefit?

BibiMax - I certainly did not mean that offensively - I am a single mum myself and in a professional job but not as high up the career ladder as I might have been if I'd been in a couple. I guess I was probably thinking from a personal point of view that when you are a single parent you tend to (or at least I have) take on a slightly lesser role at work as you are always the one that does drop off/pick ups so need to dash at 5, you want to spend as much time with your child as possible as they don't have two of you so that I stepped back from the more managerial positions with a higher salary that I perhaps could have had if I'd been in a couple. That is all I meant - so not 'researched' comments, more personal. And I am a long way from losing my child benefit as I survive on substantially less than the ?42k benchmark unfortunately. > Any single mums and dads out there are doing a bloody hard job! -

Yes please, would love to speak to her! -
Hello Next week parliament will debate cutting child benefit for higher rate tax payers - for the TV show I work on I'm looking to talk to people who this may affect. Ideally I'd like to talk to: a single mum who is earning just above the ?42,475 (hmm, not sure there are many single mums who earn this but if you are out there, get in touch!) so will lose her child benefit a couple who both earn just below the ?42,475 limit so will retain their child benefit despite having a combined income of just over ?84,000. Many thanks!

Hi there I'm looking to talk to mums who have returned to work after having a child but because they requested part time working have had their role downgraded or perhaps have had to look for a less senior/less skilled role in another company because you did not want to go back to work full time? It's to do a pre-recorded TV interview to go along with a news story along these lines coming out tomorrow...we'd need about an hour of your time. Pls PM me for more info. thanks v much.

Hello all, my car is N Reg so 1995-1996 so obviously couldn't have owned it in 2004...I think I will phone up and explain rather than risk an appeal. Thanks so much for all advice and info

Hi I stupidly parked for 3 mins on a single yellow line yesterday whilst picking up my daughter and found a penalty charge notice when I returned - only thing is, it's dated 1/2/2004 (date of contravention) and the same for date of service of this notice. I don't know how this has happened but does it give me any leeway for not paying the ticket? thanks

Hi there ? I'm urgently looking for a woman aged 18-35 who has lost weight on the Paleo diet, the blood type diet, the raw food diet or the combination food diet and would be prepared to talk about it to a women's magazine. You would need to have good 'before' pictures and be available for a photoshoot in London on Wednesday. Please come back to me ASAP if you can help. Thanks
