Hello - my nearly eight year old daughter has her own google nexus 7 tablet. She uses google chrome for research for homework etc but I was shocked, when looking at her history, to see she's accessed inappropriate content (nothing too horrific thankfully) as she's very curious about certain stuff at the moment. Am trying to put a parental lock on her google chrome but can't seem to do it - first off tried to do it via her settings, but won't bring up the 'restricted user' thing that it's supposed to. Have also tried to install two apps which supposedly lock inappropriate content but now when I go into her google it's still letting me access inappropriate sites - help! Thanks so much for any help

Hi All I'm looking to do a quick bit of filming with a family tomorrow afternoon/early evening (preferably mum/dad, youngish kids)to talk about how they spend their whole monthly budget on outgoings and have nothing left at the end of the month. We are looking for people who are getting increasingly worried that with nothing left at the end of the month they have no savings which makes them concerned for the future. We'd need about an hour with you and could pay you ?150 for your trouble - this will go as a one min slot on ITV Daybreak on Thurs morning...Pls PM for more details. thanks

Hello My daughter was given a Google Nexus 7 tablet for her birthday. My ex husband loaded stuff onto it for her (a paid for book/film etc) then deleted his bank details. As far as I remember I have never input my bank details into her tablet but it seems I must have done at some point as have now been stung with a bill of nearly ?40 for in app purchases on various kids game. I've now put a password/pin protection thingie on it (there wasn't one on there before, stupid me) so she can't (i hope) do it again. But my question is do I have any chance at all of getting a refund? - I can't get one from Google, they say I have to go to each individual 'seller' - I highly doubt I will get anything back as essentially it's my own fault (though there's no password/pin protection put on there when I think there should be) but wondered if anyone had had any success at all with getting their money back in situations like this? Many thanks

What a load of rubbish unlurked. I live in NunHead and can honestly say if someone offered me the chance to live in ED I would not take it - whereas a few years ago I hankered after ED. Every house that goes up for sale near me goes with lightening speed. I live on a lovely quiet, leafy street, 2 mins from Peckham Rye, am now surrounded by a selection of great pubs, great shops, great cafe, lovely neighbours, good primary school etc. it doesn't feel very different to ED to be honest , except a little less 'busy' and crowded which to me is a good thing. I think there's a big difference to the bit of NunHead near the rye and the one past the station and prices reflect this. My three bed terrace has more than doubled in price since I've lived here so while of course it's still cheaper than ED the gap is rapidly closing so it's not necessarily the much cheaper option though properties past the station, towards queens road might well be. All in all I love it.

Hi Otta - God knows what I'm doing wrong then as just can't find them - the listing on series 5 just stops at episode 9, and lists the whole series as only having 54 episodes altogether which takes it to only ep 9 of series 5, I.e doesn't inc the last 4 or 5. Argh, it's driving me mad!

Hi all, don't know if I'm being thick but the second half of series 5 (I.e episode 9 to season finale) doesn't seem to be on Netflix, yet when I google it days that Netflix have released the last episodes to uk viewers. Mine just goes to episode 9 though. Can anyone help? Thankyou

I wonder if dulwichdogman is the same bloke, who, after staring at me most of the night, handed me his business card (dog trainer, walker or something)and winked as he left, along with his dog. I didn't call him. Pity his poor wife and kids.

Hi, are there any restaurants in the area (Dulwich, East D, Herne Hill etc) with a nice outside space for dinner, apart from Le Chardon? I can't think of anywhere else! Any suggestions gratefully received. thanks v much

Hello All dropped mine down the loo (don't ask, it was flushed at the time!) did the drying out with rice thing, it worked for four marvellous days, now gone kaput again. Have ordered another one via insurance but would love to bring this one back to life so have made an appt with the Apple Genius Bar in Regent Street but is that pretty pointless and should I just accept that mine is gone? Also, if anyone has a spare I phone 4 I could borrow for a few days (happy to pay) I'd be more than grateful. Thanks v much.

Hi, if you're a woman who got married for a second time in your fifties, as Dawn French has recently done (and are preferably still in your fifties) and fancy talking about it in a women's magazine, please get in touch. Fee offered.

Hi there 'Best' magazine are looking to do a piece on a group of women who made good friends through their NCT group. It's for a lovely feature about how friendships grow together. There needs to be pictures of you pregnant together and throughout the years - ideally the children will be ten now (but could be a bit of movement on this)! Please contact me if you can help. There will be full copy approval and a small fee. Thankyou!

Hello - I now have a MacBook Air but have no idea how to 'install' my printer into it. I have a couple of years old Epson Stylus SX405. When I had my PC I put a disc in to the laptop and it installed the printer but you can't put a disc in my Mac so do I need to buy a new printer? Any advice gratefully received. thanks so much.

DOES YOUR BEST FRIEND LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY? I'm looking for a pair of best friends who have lived in different countries for a number of years and are happy to talk to about how they make their friendship work long-distance. You'd need to be able to talk about the different milestones you've both gone through in your time apart (marriages, deaths or births for example), how hard it can be to be so far apart and the lengths you go to to make your friendship work. You need to be aged 25-38, be prepared to have a fun, glam photo shoot (it's for Grazia)PM for more details. thanks

Good Garage in E Dulwich. NUNHEAD TEST CENTRE HAS GONE!
emc replied to the-e-dealer's topic in The Lounge
E dealer - the Nunhead test centre has not gone, they have just moved offices a few doors down to one just before the greasy spoon cafe - all the same people, they're a great service. They have a new phone number too which I don't have to hand at the moment but they are definitely still there. -
No wouldn't be cash - payment in a couple of weeks. It's for The Sun and yes it could just be part of the day...

If you are and are willing to do a short interview about it for a national newspaper let me know ......there's ?250 in it for you, it would involve a short phone interview and we would need to take a pic of you. thanks
