I'm wondering if anyone can give me any advice. I live on Elsie Road in close proximity to the Kwik Fit. The Burglar Alarm has gone of several times and has been left to sound all night from 10pm through to 7am. It's happened at least 3 times in the past 5 months, all of which I have reported but the council do nothing. I've rung the manager but he wasn't at all helpful. I've read that burglar alarms should be deactivated within 20 minutes or should be fitted with an automatic cut off. Could anyone give me any advice as to how this can be enforced? It's driving me mad. Thanks.
