I received a parcel for my neighbour today, it was for next day delivery and posted on the 8th December 2020. one very late Christmas present!

What is the point....... This morning whilst queuing at Sainsbury?s I watched a gentleman get out of his car, painstakingly put on a pair of latex gloves, shut and locked his car then proceed to take a hankie out of his pocket, gave his nose a pretty impressive blow, place the hankie back in his pocket then go and get a trolley - those gloves now serve no purpose. I despair! LL

EPB - this beggars belief. Southwark has one of the highest number of confirmed cases, this will only increase if the people of ED continue to go about their daily business as if nothing is happening. Do we want to have the highest death rates?....NO....then it is quite simple....STAY IN.

Whilst waiting for a bus I saw a different man running up Barry Road Sunday afternoon, just wearing black pants! - he saw the look on my face and said it was for charity!! LL

I did wonder how the message would be interpreted!! All seemed odd to me, got to follow instinct! LL

Just getting out of my car and was asked by a man carrying a packet of cat food in Upland Rd who looking for his cat with a bent tail, could he look in the back garden, said he lived down the road. I recommended he post on the forum, he then said he had only just lost the cat and walked off. The story seemed a little strange to me!

Why are you all getting snappy with each other? From what I can see most are trying to be helpful, answer queries and pass on information! LL

I spotted Paul McCann on Lordship Lane today - straight out of Waking the Dead!!!

I have been having problems with my mobile broadband and finally after 3 weeks Vodafone have identified and confirmed a problem with 3G connection. Hopefully this will be resolved soon....LL
